WTW's Benefits Delivery & Outsourcing GB team offers a two-year apprenticeship to support clients and pension scheme members. You will learn from an experienced team while working towards the Award in Pensions Essentials qualification.

The program blends hybrid working with structured study time, six hours per week with tutor support, and ongoing on‑the‑job learning to build professional skills in pensions services.

Competenze

• GCSE grade C/4 or above in Maths and English (or equivalent).
• Strong focus on quality and customer service.
• Able to work accurately when busy.
• Natural communicator and team player.
• Eager to learn and grow your experience.
• Computer literate.

Mansioni

• Communicate with and support a wide range of clients and pension scheme members.
• Provide a calm, empathetic and professional customer experience to our scheme members.
• Handle and resolve queries, escalating complex issues to others as needed.
• Follow the complaints procedure and notify Senior Administrators of any complaints.
• Participate in regular training to broaden knowledge and skills.
• Build relationships with clients and deepen knowledge of their pension schemes.
