Job summary

Pension Insurance Corporation is seeking a Pension Services TPA Manager to lead the TPA team and oversee third‑party administrators. You will align with risk, legal, transitions, and finance, ensuring robust processes and high standards for pension administration and Trustee reporting.

You will manage people, drive improvements, and support governance meetings while maintaining excellent customer service for PIC policyholders.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of defined benefit pension schemes.
• Experience in pensions administration management.
• Experience managing third-party administrators and scheme Trustees.
• Experience transitioning schemes into a standard operating model.
• Experience delivering good consumer duty outcomes for customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Pension Services TPA Team with governance and oversight of TPA partners.
• Act as line manager for direct reports with performance management and development planning.
• Oversee TPA partners' work pipeline to meet KPIs and SLAs, ensuring high quality pension processes and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure robust processes before Buy In administration transfers to TPAs.
• Support forecasting for new scheme transfers and provide technical training for team readiness.
