Job summary

Pension Insurance Corporation is seeking a Senior Pension Operations Analyst to oversee Third Party Administrators, ensuring policyholders receive exemplary service and compliant processes. You will interpret pension rules, support governance, and contribute to MI for senior management.

You will collaborate across Risk, Transitions, Finance and Payroll to deliver high-quality service for trustees and scheme members, driving improvements and ensuring timely data for audits and reporting.

Qualifications

• Defined benefit pension administration knowledge.
• Experience delivering excellent customer service with internal/external stakeholders.
• Good understanding of pensions legislation and their application.

Responsibilities

• Maintain oversight of Third Party Administrators to ensure KPI delivery and service quality.
• Collaborate with TPAs on complex pension calculations and queries.
• Audit pension services processes (increases, DSARs, overpayments, high value approvals) and identify process improvements.
• Review TPA process guides for PIC compliance with policies and pensions law.
• Ensure TPAs operate within Consumer Duty guidelines and PIC standards.
• Attend supplier meetings with TPAs and support audit requests.
