Job Opportunity: Pega Lead Architect (Remote, Outside IR35)

Cyberteam is actively recruiting for a Pega Lead Architect to join a 12-month rolling contract. The role is fully remote, based outside IR35, with a daily rate of €400-€450. The client is a major broadband service provider headquartered in Belgium, and associates must possess a UK or EU passport.

• Thorough understanding of the organization’s mission, goals, and digital transformation initiatives leveraging the Pega platform.
• Strong network within the Pega community and awareness of the latest platform capabilities and trends.
• Expertise in delivering scalable Pega solutions and optimizing enterprise software development processes.
• Deep knowledge of Pega frameworks such as Case Management, Decisioning, and Integration.
• Broad understanding of related technologies and enterprise architecture.
• Problem-solving skills, including assessing scope and risks and addressing complex technical challenges.
• Ability to define and implement best practices for solution design, code quality, and platform deployment.
