Job description

I am actively recruiting for a Pega Lead Architect to start a fully remote contract outside IR35 contract. The organisation is Belgium based but the client is happy for the associate to work fully remote. The contract is 12 month rolling and paying between €400-€450/day outside IR35. The client is a large provider of broadband services.

Associates must have a UK or EU passport.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Thorough understanding of the organization’s mission, goals, and ways of working, particularly in leveraging the Pega platform for digital transformation.
• Strong network within the Pega community and awareness of the latest platform capabilities and trends.
• Expertise in delivering scalable Pega solutions and optimizing software development processes in an enterprise environment.
• Deep knowledge of the Pega platform, including frameworks such as Case Management, Decisioning, and Integration capabilities.
• Broad understanding of related technologies to support a holistic view of the enterprise architecture.
• Problem-Solving Skills
• Assess scope and risks during technical delivery while addressing complex technical challenges.
• Define and implement best practices for solution design, code quality, and platform implementation.
• Maximize the value of the Pega platform by driving innovation and aligning its capabilities with business objectives.
• Impact on the Organization
• Deliver measurable value by driving cost reductions, revenue generation, and operational efficiency through optimal platform use.
