Job summary

LA International Computer Consultants Ltd is seeking a Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) for a 3 month contract with extensions. The role is hybrid with 2 days per week onsite in Telford, offering market-rate per day via Umbrella.

The successful candidate will design, develop, and implement scalable Pega BPM solutions, collaborating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality applications that meet business requirements.

Qualifications

• Pega CSSA certification is required or preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Pega development.
• Experience with Case Management, Decision Rules, and Data Pages.
• Experience with Integrations (SOAP/REST), UI development, and reports/dashboards.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of Java, SQL, and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Pega applications and workflows.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Build case management, decisioning, integrations, and UI components.
• Configure and customize business rules, flows, data pages, and integrations.
• Perform unit testing, defect resolution, and SIT/UAT support.
• Collaborate with Analysts, Architects, and QA teams.
• Participate in code reviews and uphold development standards.
• Provide production support and application maintenance when required.
• Contribute to performance optimization and scalability.

We are seeking an experienced Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) to design, develop, and implement scalable business process management solutions using the Pega platform. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality applications that meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Pega applications and workflows.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Build case management, decisioning, integrations, and user interface components using Pega best practices.
• Configure and customize business rules, flows, activities, data pages, and integrations.
• Perform unit testing, defect resolution, and support SIT/UAT activities.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, and QA teams.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.
• Provide production support and application maintenance when required.
• Contribute to performance optimization and application scalability.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Ideally 5+ years of experience in Pega development.
• Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification.
• Strong experience with:

• Experience in Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, or Public Sector projects.
• Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms.
• Experience with Pega Infinity.
