Job summary

LA International is seeking a Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) for a 3 Month contract, with extension potential, hybrid with 2 onsite days per week in Telford. The role focuses on designing, developing, and implementing scalable BPM solutions on the Pega platform.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in Pega development, CSSA certification, and solid experience in case management, decision rules, data pages, and integrations. Strong collaboration and QA skills are required.

Qualifications

• Pega CSSA certification required.
• 5+ years of Pega development experience.
• Experience with Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, or Public Sector projects is a plus.
• Hybrid role with 2 onsite days per week in Telford.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Pega applications and workflows.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Build case management, decisioning, integrations, and UI components using Pega best practices.
• Configure and customize business rules, flows, activities, data pages, and integrations.
• Perform unit testing, defect resolution, and support SIT/UAT activities.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, and QA teams.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.
• Provide production support and application maintenance when required.
• Contribute to performance optimization and application scalability.
