Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) UK is seeking an Azure DevOps Lead to drive automation, cloud, and software delivery in London. The role is hybrid, full-time, and based in London, UK, guiding DevOps practices across teams and stakeholders.

You will combine strong experience in cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and software development with leadership across delivery teams, enabling scalable solutions and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on Pega Constellation design and implementation experience.
• Proven experience with Pega Customer Service Framework and CSR workflows.
• Pega UX design and delivery of modern, responsive interfaces.
• Strong experience with Pega DX API and integrating with front-end tech.
• Proficiency in Node.js and React.js for front-end integrations using Pega DX APIs.
• Minimum Pega CSSA certification; higher Pega certs preferred.

The Role and skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Pega Constellation, including application design, UI configuration, and implementation using Constellation architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Pega Customer Service Framework, with a solid understanding of customer service journeys, service cases, interaction portals, and CSR workflows.
• Pega UX expertise, with experience in designing and delivering modern, responsive user experiences.
• Strong hands-on experience with Pega DX API and integrating Pega applications with external front-end technologies.
• Good knowledge and practical experience in Node.js and React.js, with the ability to build and integrate custom front-end applications using Pega DX APIs.
• Minimum Pega CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) certification is required. Candidates with additional Pega certifications, especially in Customer Service or UI or Constellation-related implementations, will be preferred.
