Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in London, UK, is seeking a Certified Pega LSA lead to design and deliver modern customer service and case management solutions using Pega Constellation. The role drives architecture, integrations and digital experiences in an onshore-offshore delivery model.

You will mentor teams, ensure guardrails and best practices, and support Agile delivery, CI/CD and releases within a permanent, 40-hour work week, office-based environment.

The Role

Your Profile

Essential skills/knowledge/experience:

• Strong experience in Pega Constellation architecture and UI configuration.
• Experience with Pega Customer Service Framework.
• Expertise in Pega UX and responsive application design.
• Hands‑on experience with Pega DX API integrations.
• Good knowledge of React.js and Node.js.
• Experience with REST APIs and enterprise integrations.
• Strong problem‑solving and stakeholder management skills.

Good to have:

• Pega Customer Service or Constellation‑related certifications.
• Experience in large‑scale CRM transformation programmes.
• Experience with Pega Cloud and DevOps practices.
• Public sector or regulated industry experience.
