Job summary

Coforge U.K. Ltd is seeking an experienced PEGA Business Analyst to work with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for PEGA-based applications.

You will translate business needs into functional solutions and ensure alignment with PEGA best practices. Responsibilities include conducting workshops, translating requirements into user stories, collaborating with PEGA developers and QA, supporting UAT, and facilitating ongoing

Qualifications

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for PEGA projects.
• Conduct workshops and interviews with stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with PEGA Developers, Architects, and QA teams.
• Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning and backlog grooming.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of PEGA BPM/CRM and PEGA's low-code platform is preferred.

• Collaborate with PEGA Developers, Architects, and QA teams throughout the project life cycle.
• Analyze and optimize business processes using PEGA best practices.
• Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and reviews.
• Create process flows, business requirements documents (BRDs), and functional requirement specifications (FRSs).
• Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business expectations.
• Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams.
• Ensure compliance with project standards, governance, and documentation requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience working on PEGA BPM/CRM projects
• Strong understanding of business process modelling and workflow automation.
• Experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and documentation.
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of PEGA Customer Service, Smart Dispute, Decisioning, or Case Management solutions.
• Understanding of PEGA's low-code application development platform.
• PEGA Business Architect (PCBA) certification is preferred.
• Experience working in Banking, Insurance, Telecom, or Government sectors.
