Job summary

Mastek in Reading is looking for a Pega Solutions Delivery Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery of Pega-based solutions. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, and aligning delivery with business goals. Qualifications

Job description

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of Pega-based solutions
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope and budget
• Track progress, risks, and dependencies
• Stakeholder Management
• Act as the primary contact between business teams and technical teams
• Communicate project status, issues, and milestones
• Align delivery with business goals
• Team Coordination
• Lead cross-functional teams (developers, architects, QA, business analysts)
• Assign tasks and ensure efficient resource utilization
• Quality & Governance
• Ensure adherence to Pega best practices and standards
• Monitor deliverables for quality and compliance
• Manage change requests and scope control
• Identify potential risks early
• Strong knowledge of the Pega Platform (case management, workflows, decisioning)
• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies and in a RAINBOW model
• Project management experience (often with tools like Jira, MS Project)
• Understanding of BPM (Business Process Management) concepts
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
