Job summary

Planet Pharma seeks a Clinical Research Nurse to lead pediatric trial activities. You will perform venepuncture and clinical assessments on children aged 10 and above, supporting dosing visits and blood sample collections across a flexible schedule.

The role requires an actively registered paediatric nurse with DBS/DBS update and BLS where possible, and the ability to travel within an hour of Oakham to attend unscheduled visits.

Qualifications

• NMC registered paediatric nurse required.
• Recent venepuncture experience preferred.
• Experience with physical assessments, port access, and infusion procedures in a paediatric setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform venepuncture and clinical assessments on children aged 10 and above.
• Support dosing visits and blood sample collections across a flexible schedule.
• Ensure safety and comfort of young participants during trials.
