EmVenio Clinical Research is seeking a Certified Mobile Research Nurse to perform home visits for study participants aged 12 and over. You will coordinate with Clinical Project Managers and site staff to schedule visits within required windows and deliver accurate source documentation.

Required qualifications include RN registration (NMC RSCN/RGN), two years of phlebotomy and port access experience, one year of head-to-toe assessments, vitals collection, CPR and vaccination records, and a valid

Qualifications

• Full NMC RSCN/RGN registration with minimum two years RN experience
• Two years' phlebotomy experience (blood draws) within last 6 months
• Two years' experience accessing ports for blood draws/infusions within last 6 months
• One year head-to-toe physical assessments including use of a stethoscope
• One year collecting vital signs, ECG, urine samples, and performing urine pregnancy tests
• Clean DBS (DBS check)
• Strong documentation of medical history and medication records
• Current CPR certification
• Current vaccination record
• Full, clean driving license with access to own vehicle

Summary

The Certified Mobile Research Nurse is a Registered Nursing ad-hoc/PRN position for EmVenio Clinical Research. Our CMRN is responsible for setting appointments within the required visitation window to complete mobile visits for study participants. You’ll work cooperatively with Clinical Project Managers, Coordinators, and site personnel to complete visits and submit accurate source documentation.

We are looking for Registered Nurses with current venepuncture, port access and head-to-toe limited physical assessment competencies to conduct visits with participants aged 12+ years old in their homes. The ability to drive with access to your own vehicle is a mandatory requirement for this position. Candidates with a full Enhanced DBS certificate (covering both adult and children's barred lists) which is registered to the DBS Update Service are strongly preferred.

This visits are twice weekly on a set schedule and so you will need to have every Monday/Thursday or Tuesday/Friday available (schedule TBC).

Required Qualifications

• Full NMC RSCN/RGN registration with a minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) and no restrictions on practice
• Two (2) years' experience in starting and performing Phlebotomy/Peripheral Blood Draw (date of last practice within 6 months, preferred)
• Two (2) years' experience accessing ports, both for blood draws and infusions (date of last practice within 6 months)
• One (1) year of experience conducting full head-to-toe physical assessments, including using a stethoscope
• One (1) year of experience collecting vital signs, ECG, urine samples, and performing urine pregnancy tests
• Clean DBS
• Skilled at collecting accurate, detailed patient records including documentation of medical history and medication charting
• Excellent observational, verbal, written communication, and problem-solving skills
• Must have and maintain a current CPR certification
• Must have and maintain a current vaccination record
• Full, clean driving license with access to own vehicle
