Job summary

Phoenix Health PCN is seeking an Operations and Workforce Lead to coordinate day-to-day service delivery across several GP practices in Buckinghamshire. The role is based across practice sites with a 25-hour week and requires a full clean driving licence to travel between sites.

Ideal candidates will have NHS operational management or primary care experience, with strong workforce planning, data analysis and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare or NHS operations.
• Strong workforce planning and project delivery skills.
• Ability to analyse performance data and present insights.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building across organisations.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce planning across the PCN and coordinate ARRS-funded roles.
• Oversee day-to-day operational delivery of PCN services and programmes.
• Monitor delivery against contractual requirements and PCN priorities.
• Analyse workforce and service performance data to identify trends.
• Prepare reports for the Clinical Director and PCN Board.
• Coordinate implementation of new services and service redesigns.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and retention initiatives.
