Phoenix Health PCN is seeking an Operations and Workforce Lead to coordinate day-to-day operational delivery of PCN services and programmes, and to support priorities and strategic objectives across Buckinghamshire.

You will lead workforce planning, deploy ARRS-funded roles, monitor capacity and performance, and drive quality improvement and service development initiatives, working closely with practices and stakeholders to shape primary care across the network.

Qualifications

• Essential Experience working within healthcare, primary care or NHS environments.
• Experience in workforce planning, operational management or service delivery.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Ability to analyse, interpret and present performance data.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate the day-to-day operational delivery of PCN services and programmes.
• Support the implementation of PCN priorities and strategic objectives.
• Develop and improve systems and processes to enhance efficiency across the network.
• Monitor progress against agreed workplans and objectives.
• Identify operational risks and support timely resolution.
• Lead and support quality improvement and service development initiatives.
• Lead workforce planning activity across the PCN.
• Coordinate the effective deployment and utilisation of ARRS-funded roles.
• Monitor workforce capacity, productivity and utilisation.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and retention initiatives.
• Work closely with practices to identify workforce gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Produce workforce reports and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Support workforce development and training programmes.
• Monitor delivery against contractual requirements and PCN priorities.
• Analyse workforce and service performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support the development of performance dashboards and reporting frameworks.
• Prepare reports and provide assurance to the Clinical Director and PCN Board.
• Coordinate the implementation of new services, projects and initiatives.
• Support transformation and service redesign programmes.
• Monitor project milestones, risks and outcomes.
• Facilitate collaborative working across practices and stakeholders.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement.
