Pentagon Motor Group in Mansfield is seeking a PBV Van Sales Consultant to deliver outstanding customer buying experiences and hit sales targets. Join a motivated team with comprehensive benefits and training, including progression opportunities within the Pentagon Group.

The role focuses on building rapport, promoting add-ons, and providing finance options while maintaining high service standards. 5-day week with Sundays off on a typical rota.

Qualifications

What will you be doing?

Our passionate sales team at our highly successful Mansfield dealership are looking for a new team member with a passion for providing exceptional levels of customer service to join their team. This is a challenging role where customer care always comes first.

You Will

• Take the time to talk to people & build a genuine rapport in order to identify exactly what your customer needs, turning opportunities into business.
• Meet sales volume targets and maximise profit opportunities with each sale.
• Exceed customer satisfaction and promote long term profitability for the Dealership & Group.
• Telephone prospect new and existing customers.
• Effectively promote and sell additional items such as, paint protection, service plans and warranties.
• Keep up to date with current finance options regulations and legislation to be able to provide our customers with all available options.

This position is working 5 days a week as per the sales rota with Sunday's being one of the days off.

Previous motor industry sales experience is a distinct advantage but not essential as a full training and development programme will be provided from Day 1.

The successful applicant must agree to a Basic Disclosure under the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) procedures. Employment will be offered to the successful applicant subject to a satisfactory Disclosure report.
