Job summary

The John of Gaunt School in Trowbridge is seeking a Pastoral & Behaviour Support Centre (PBSC) Coordinator to support students needing pastoral, behavioural, social and emotional help. You will coordinate targeted interventions, mentoring and restorative approaches to promote wellbeing and engagement in learning.

Working with the Pastoral Team, families, and external agencies, you will manage the PBSC on a day-to-day basis, maintain records, monitor interventions and build strong relationships
