Job summary

Orchard Hill College in London seeks a qualified PBS practitioner to embed Positive Behaviour Support values across college life and tailor educational content to learners' individual needs.

Under the supervision of the PBS Clinical Lead and with input from an integrated therapy team, you will help reduce restrictive practices, promote quality of life, and co-produce support strategies with learners and families.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting individuals with SEN, learning disabilities, or autism in educational or care settings.
• Knowledge of Positive Behaviour Support and behaviour assessment.
• Capability to work with families and multidisciplinary teams in a college environment.

Responsibilities

• Embed PBS values across college activities with a person-centred approach.
• Conduct and contribute to FBAs with the PBS Clinical Lead.
• Design and monitor PBS plans to reduce restrictive practices and improve quality of life.
• Support learners, families and staff in applying PBS strategies.
• Co-produce behaviour support planning with learners and caregivers.
