This full-time role focuses on delivering Positive Behaviour Support to children and young people with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs, with travel across the North West. You will assess behaviours, develop individual PBS plans, coach staff, and deliver training on trauma-informed practice and child-centred approaches, ensuring high-quality care and positive outcomes in partnership with

Qualifications

• Specialised training in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS).
• Minimum 3 years' experience supporting children and young people with learning disabilities/autism/complex needs.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Driving licence and access to a car required.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to FBAs to identify underlying causes of behaviours of concern.
• Develop, implement and monitor PBS plans with children, families, carers, schools and staff.
• Provide coaching, training and guidance on PBS approaches for staff.
• Deliver training on PBS, trauma-informed practice, Active Support, and child-centred approaches.
• Collaborate with professionals to promote positive outcomes and best interests of children.
