Mirus Wales in Swansea is seeking a dedicated PBS and Autism Support Worker to help adults live good lives and feel part of their community. You’ll support with daily tasks, personal care, and meaningful activities, in a respectful, person-centered way.
The role emphasizes collaboration with social care professionals, community involvement, and ongoing training. DBS check is covered by Mirus, and sleep-in/wake-in shifts pay at higher rates.

About our home
We are three adults, two men and one woman, living together in a comfortable four-bedroom home in the Clydach area of Swansea. We enjoy a range of meaningfulactivities that reflect our individual interests and preferences. Throughout the week, you'll often find us going for walks, swimming, getting creative with arts and crafts, listening to music, or taking part in activities within our local community.
Support plays an important role in helping us maintain our independence and wellbeing. Staff work alongside us to plan our days, attend appointments, and support with personal care in a way that is respectful, person-centred, and tailored to each of us as individuals.
