The role emphasizes collaboration with social care professionals, community involvement, and ongoing training. DBS check is covered by Mirus, and sleep-in/wake-in shifts pay at higher rates.

Qualifications

• Experience in health and social care settings.
• Ability to support people with learning disabilities, autism, and mental ill-health respectfully.

• Assist with household tasks, shopping, meals, personal care, and routines.
