Job summary

Three Bridges Recruitment is hiring a Payroller to manage payroll for approximately 300 employees in Bellshill, Scotland. This role involves running end-to-end weekly payroll, ensuring data accuracy, and compliance with HMRC regulations. Strong experience in payroll within a high-volume environment is essential, along with a deep understanding of UK legislation. The position offers flexibility for part-time or full-time work, where you'll also support the wider finance team and influence processes in a dynamic, growing business.

Responsibilities

• Run end-to-end weekly payroll for approximately 300 employees.
• Ensure accuracy of payroll data, including hours, adjustments, and deductions.
• Manage starters, leavers, and payroll changes.
• Handle statutory payments and ensure compliance with HMRC.
• Act as the main point of contact for payroll queries.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and support reporting requirements.
• Work with data from internal systems to process payroll.
• Support the finance team with additional duties.

Skills

Proven experience running payroll end-to-end

Experience managing payroll in high volume environment

Strong understanding of UK payroll legislation

High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Confident working independently

Comfortable in fast-paced environment

You

As a Payroller, you will be skilled &/or qualified in the following:

• Proven experience running payroll end-to-end is essential
• Experience managing payroll for a similar scale (high volume) environment
• Strong understanding of UK payroll legislation
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Confident working independently and taking ownership of payroll
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Experience supporting finance teams beyond payroll is beneficial
