Job summary

Arup, a global design and engineering firm, seeks a Payroll Manager - Americas (UK Based) to lead the US and Canada payroll operations during a major global transformation. You will oversee delivery, standardisation and migration of processes into Arup's future operating model, working with CloudPay and global payroll teams.

You will partner with stakeholders, document requirements, facilitate workshops and ensure milestones are achieved across the Americas region.

Qualifications

• Experience managing US and Canadian payroll operations.
• Proven payroll transformation experience and vendor consolidations.
• Strong knowledge of payroll systems, payroll tax regulations and HR/payroll integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead payroll transformation activities across the Americas during migration to a global payroll service.
• Define future processes and operating models with stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops and manage risks to meet timelines.
