Job summary

CS Technical Staffing Ltd is recruiting for a UK Payroll Renewal Analyst in Basildon, Essex. We have two positions: a full-time and a part-time role, with 4 days onsite per week for the full-time, and 80% onsite for the part-time.

The project is an 18-month contract transforming the payroll system, with an initial hourly rate and a rise after 13 weeks. You will join a dynamic Business Development team, shaping new payroll processes, supporting testing, requirements gathering, and UAT while

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent required.
• Experience with payroll/HR processes is essential.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills are required.
• Experience with payroll applications such as SAP/Global View is preferred.
• Ability to manage tests and deliver to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support payroll transformation activities and deliver to timelines.
• Own assigned activities, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Collaborate with Payroll, HR, Finance, IT and external partners.
• Support requirements gathering and design review for new payroll system.
• Develop and execute payroll testing and UAT, and maintain documentation.
