Job summary

RLE INTERNATIONAL Produktentwicklungsgesellschaft mbH in the United Kingdom is seeking a UK Payroll Renewal Analyst to lead payroll transformation activities. The role focuses on delivering the new payroll system, governing changes, and ensuring accurate end-to-end testing and deployment.

This is a temporary, 18-month project with on-site presence required. The candidate will collaborate with Payroll, HR, Finance, IT, and external partners, leveraging SAP/Global View knowledge and strong Excel

Qualifications

• Timekeeping, Payroll or HR experience.
• Experience with Payroll Applications SAP/Global View.
• Experience in project management and test planning including delivering to tight deadlines and working autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Support team activities across payroll transformation.
• Take ownership of assigned activities, ensuring delivery to agreed timelines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members, sharing knowledge and escalating issues or risks where appropriate.
• Support Payroll activities associated with implementation of the new payroll system.
• Participate in requirements gathering with internal stakeholders and third-party system integrators.
• Review system designs and requirements to identify potential payroll, control, and end-user impacts.
• Develop strong knowledge of the new payroll system and its functionality to support successful delivery.
• Support payroll changes through requirements, design, testing, and deployment.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation in line with governance and control requirements. Provide analysis and evidence to support project decisions and implementation readiness.
• Develop and execute Payroll testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
