Job summary

Select Engineering Limited seeks a UK Payroll Renewal Analyst for a part-time, 18-month project based in the UK. You will support both payroll transformation and ongoing timekeeping/payroll change activities within a collaborative Business Development team.

You will gather requirements, review system designs, and assist in testing to ensure successful delivery while coordinating with HR, Finance, IT and external partners. This role is 3 days a week onsite for 18 months.

Qualifications

• Timekeeping, Payroll or HR experience.
• Experience with Payroll Applications SAP/Global View.
• Experience in project management and test planning including delivering to tight deadlines and working autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Support payroll transformation activities across the project.
• Take ownership of activities with timelines and quality.
• Collaborate with team members and escalate issues when needed.
• Support payroll changes during business and legislative changes.
• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders and third-party integrators.
• Review designs to identify payroll, control, and end-user impacts.
• Develop knowledge of the new payroll system to support delivery.
• Engage with Payroll, HR, Finance, IT and external partners.
• Participate in meetings, design workshops and change discussions.
• Support end-user engagement, deployment readiness, training and documentation.
• Post-implementation support and lessons learned.
