Qualifications

• Degree or Equivalent required.
• Payroll Qualification is desirable.
• Experience with payroll systems and testing.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of activities with timely delivery and quality.
• Collaborate with team members and escalate issues when needed.
• Support payroll changes during system implementations and regulatory updates.
• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders and system integrators.
• Review designs to identify payroll, control, and end-user impacts.
• Develop knowledge of the payroll system to support delivery.
• Maintain project documentation and provide progress updates.
• Build relationships across Payroll, HR, Finance, IT and partners.
• Support end-user engagement, training and deployment readiness.
• Engage in post-implementation reviews and lessons learned.
