Job summary

RLE INTERNATIONAL Produktentwicklungsgesellschaft mbH is seeking a UK Payroll Renewal Manager to lead a major transformation programme that replaces the current payroll application, delivering a modern, accurate service for thousands of employees over an 18-month contract. You will oversee cross-functional delivery, governance and risk, aligning Payroll, HR, Finance and IT to ensure successful deployment.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management and a deep understanding of UK

Qualifications

• Experience with Payroll Applications SAP/Global View.
• Knowledge of UK payroll processes, statutory requirements, and payroll controls.
• Experience with enterprise Payroll/HR systems.
• Experience with Alteryx, Beyond Compare or similar analytical tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead payroll transformation activities for the new payroll system.
• Coordinate requirements with internal stakeholders and third-party integrators.
• Review system designs to ensure payroll, controls and compliance.
• Lead testing and UAT to verify payroll functionality and data quality.
• Provide governance and manage project documentation and reporting.
