Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 Benefits Leicestershire Hybrid Working Available

This is an excellent opportunity for a payroll professional looking to take ownership of an established payroll function within a successful multi-entity organisation. The position offers a blend of hands-on payroll processing, team supervision, compliance management and continuous improvement.

The Role

Working as part of a supportive finance function, you'll be responsible for overseeing the accurate and timely delivery of payroll, ensuring compliance with current legislation and providing guidance to junior payroll colleagues.

Responsibilities will include:

• End-to-end monthly payroll processing.
• Managing payroll changes including starters, leavers and contractual amendments.
