Job summary

DHL is seeking a Payroll Systems Project Specialist to lead complex HR and payroll system initiatives from design through rollout at Milton Keynes. You will work across systems such as ResourceLink, Kronos, Oracle EBS/Oracle HCM Cloud, and contribute to digitisation strategy while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong project management, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration within HR Shared Services. Milton Keynes onsite with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Ideally 3+ years in-depth HR, payroll or relevant project experience.
• Expert understanding of transactional HR processes related to payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation and rollout of payroll systems projects.
• Collaborate with Global BPO and HRDO teams on design approvals.
• Maintain documentation of system usage, controls and changes.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing and update system documentation.
