Job summary

Rhenus Logistics in Manchester is seeking a Payroll and Systems Administrator to support payroll processing, manage data accuracy, and maintain various HR systems critical to operations.

You will liaise with third parties to ensure regulatory compliance, assist with month-end payroll cycles, and provide analytical and administrative support to help drive HR projects and value across the business unit. The role requires proactive, independent work and a strong eye for detail.

Qualifications

  • Payroll processing experience required.
  • Must demonstrate a high degree of accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Competent with Excel and strong data analytics.
  • Proactive and innovative with ability to work independently.
  • Able to analyse and present data.
  • Organised in approach and execution.

Responsibilities

  • To assist in the management and development and upkeep of various systems
  • To ensure that data is maintained with accuracy at all times
  • To support with payroll processing
  • To liaise with third parties to ensure regulatory requirements are met
  • To understand and assist with the month end payroll cycle
  • To provide administrative support across the team
  • To provide analytical and administrative support to assist in driving projects and initiatives forwards
  • Any other tasks deemed commensurate with supporting the HR team to assist in adding value to the business units it supports
  • To assist in the management of central inboxes
