Job summary

Worldline in the United Kingdom seeks a Payroll Manager/HR Admin to lead payroll operations and provide HR administration support. You will manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensure regulatory compliance and deliver effective service across HR functions.

The role combines hands-on payroll with governance, requiring strong data accuracy, stakeholder handling, and knowledge of RTI, P11D, PSA and pension uploads. This is a full-time position based in Nottingham.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in payroll administration and HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of RTI, P11D, PSA and pension uploads.
• Excellent data accuracy and reporting capabilities.
• CIPD qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing and compliance.
• Administer HR documentation, contracts and policies.
• Coordinate pension contributions and payroll reporting.
• Support HMRC submissions and annual PAYE processes.
