Job summary

Mountville Mills, Inc. is seeking an HR Systems, Payroll & Data Administrator to manage UK payroll processes, HRIS data, and reporting across the group.

You will ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance with statutory requirements while maintaining confidential employee records. The role involves pension administration, system administration, and collaboration with Finance and HR to resolve payroll queries and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Payroll from start to finish in deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience with UK payroll and statutory payments.
  • Proficient in HRIS data management and reporting.
  • Strong data protection and confidentiality practices.
  • Experience with pension administration and auto-enrolment.

Responsibilities

  • Process monthly UK payrolls accurately and on time.
  • Administer UK payroll changes (new starters, leavers, salary changes, overtime, shift payments, holiday payments, bonuses, expenses, Benefits in Kind and other payments or deductions).
  • Assist the payroll provider with statutory payments.
  • Apply court orders, attachments of earnings, pension deductions and salary sacrifices.
  • Maintain payroll records and file monthly reports for data retention/audit.
  • Provide payroll data to authorised contacts for pension reporting and audits.
