idverde is hiring a Payroll Supervisor in Coventry to lead the payroll team, ensuring accurate, on-time pay runs and benefits administration. The role requires strong leadership, payroll system knowledge (iTrent), and experience with complex payroll processes in a large organisation.

You will drive continuous improvement, manage high volumes, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders while maintaining GDPR compliance and data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading payroll teams and managing performance.
• Extensive payroll management with multiple pay runs and benefits reconciliation.
• Attention to detail in payroll reporting and year-end audits.
• Experience handling payroll enquiries with internal/external stakeholders.
• Able to learn quickly and use initiative to find data.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the payroll team to ensure accurate, timely pay runs.
• Oversee payroll benefit administration and process improvements.
• Liaise with stakeholders and respond to payroll enquiries.
• Ensure GDPR compliance across payroll processes.
• Utilize payroll software (iTrent) and stay updated on legislation.
