RSM UK is seeking a Payroll Executive to join our growing team. You will manage accurate end-to-end payroll production for a portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance with UK regulations and deadlines, while delivering excellent client service.

You will work in a friendly, collaborative environment with hybrid working (generally 2 days in the office) and opportunities to expand your knowledge of PAP Services and related products, supporting growth and client satisfaction.

Competenze

• Solid understanding of payroll calculations, deadlines and UK regulations.
• Strong numerical abilities and proficiency with Excel.

Mansioni

• Ensure accurate and timely end-to-end payroll production for multiple clients.
• Deliver excellent client service and engage in client surveys and audits.
• Identify service improvements and growth opportunities with HR services and People Manager.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of statutory regulations through training.
• Generate payroll reports and distribute payslips; submit reports to HMRC via RTI.
