RS UK & Ireland is hiring for a hybrid payroll position based in Corby. The role supports a busy payroll function within the UK & RoI, processing 3,000+ employees monthly, and sits in the People Shared Services team.

You will ensure timely, accurate payroll processing, respond to payroll queries, and collaborate with Finance, PSS, Reward, and Pensions teams. There is a transformation journey ahead for the Payroll Team.

Qualifications

• Experience using ADP would be advantageous.
• Payroll experience; capable of manually working out gross to net pay.
• Excellent knowledge of HMRC legislation (RTI, NLW, Holiday Pay, BIK, Working Time Regulations).
• Excellent Excel skills.
• Demonstrates highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsabilités

• Ensure that transactional payroll activities are carried out within the agreed KPI's and that a consistent approach is delivered whilst maintaining operational excellence in the most efficient way.
• Provide an end-to-end excellent payroll service to the business.
• Support delivery of operational excellence.
• Resolve all payroll-related queries with agreed timescales.
• Support the payroll provision for RS Group PLC in the UK&I in line with legal and statutory requirements.
• Pay employees accurately and on time.
• Work effectively with Finance, PSS, Reward and the Pensions teams.
• Add value to payroll related and associated activities by continually critically reviewing and analysing processes on order to develop and maintain an innovative payroll service.
• Build and maintain excellent working relationships with internal and external customers and peers.
• Ensure confidentiality in relation to all aspects of payroll activities in line with GDPR.
