Job summary

Portfolio Group is seeking a Payroll Senior for a hybrid role based in the UK. You will manage varied weekly, bi-weekly and monthly payrolls for a portfolio of clients, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

Responsibilities include RTI submissions, auto enrolment, end-of-year procedures and handling client payroll queries. The role requires 2+ years of payroll experience and strong Excel skills within a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bureau experience in payroll administration.
• Minimum 2 years' payroll experience.
• Strong Excel skills and data accuracy.
• Excellent payroll knowledge and query resolution.
• Autonomy with ability to work in a team.
• Experience with statutory payments and RTI is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Process varied weekly, bi-weekly and monthly payrolls.
• Handle high-volume payrolls and multiple clients.
• Manage RTI submissions and auto-enrolment processes.
• Support year-end payroll procedures and pensions administration.
• Respond to client payroll queries and collaborate with clients.
