Qualifications

• Previous payroll administration experience essential.

Responsibilities

• Processing payrolls (weekly and monthly) accurately and within deadlines.
• Supporting delivery of high-quality services in line with SLAs/KPIs.
• Ensuring compliance with HMRC regulations and pension legislation.
• Acting as a key point of contact for payroll queries.
• Building relationships with Finance & HR.
• Supporting process improvements focused on automation and efficiency.
• Maintaining payroll records and supporting audits.
• Sharing knowledge across the team.
