Rexel is hiring an experienced Payroll Assistant for a 12-month fixed term role in Birmingham. You will be responsible for administering payroll for over 1900 employees and ensuring compliance with all statutory regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience within the full payroll lifecycle; end-to-end experience.
• Knowledge of statutory deadlines and relevant regulations.
• Previous experience maintaining compliance with all statutory regulations relevant to payroll.

• Administer all payroll activities, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
• Ensure compliance with internal and statutory requirements.
• Support business functions and teams with pay‑related queries through to resolution.
