Job summary

Ford is seeking a Payroll Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis in Merseyside. You will manage payroll queries, allocate tasks, and review procedures to improve efficiency, contributing to a smooth payroll operation.

The role requires prior payroll experience and knowledge of payroll benefits, with a focus on accurate processing and timely responses in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Previous Payroll experience
• Knowledge and understanding of Payroll Benefits such as Car salary sacrifices, private health care, employee loans, pension contributions or any other employee benefits

Responsibilities

• Manage the Payroll & Benefits inbox, responding to and allocating queries appropriately.
• Allocate work to the relevant team or individual to ensure queries are dealt with efficiently.
• Review current procedures and processes, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Prioritise urgent and non-urgent queries to ensure they are handled within appropriate timescales.
