• Knowledge of payroll benefits such as car salary sacrifices, private health care, employee loans, pension contributions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Payroll & Benefits inbox and respond to queries.
• Allocate work to the relevant team or individual to ensure queries are dealt with efficiently.
• Review current procedures and processes, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Prioritise urgent and non-urgent queries to ensure they are handled within appropriate timescales.
