Job summary

Portfolio Payroll Limited is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our busy payroll team in London. You will process monthly, weekly and fortnightly payrolls accurately and on time for our employees, while working closely with team members to answer queries and keep records up to date.

Key responsibilities include end-to-end payroll processing, calculating statutory payments, handling pension contributions and auto-enrolment duties, updating employee data, and assisting with year-end tasks.

• Previous experience in a payroll office.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Friendly communication skills and a team-player attitude.
