Job summary

Zalaris is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to lead payroll service delivery for UK and Ireland, acting as the trusted advisor for customers and ensuring high quality payroll services. Depending on business needs, there may be responsibility for French region customers as well.

You will work with local, nearshore, and offshore delivery centres to ensure operational excellence and strong customer satisfaction, while managing financials and governance requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in Payroll, HR Services, Service Delivery or Customer Success.
• Knowledge of UK and Ireland payroll processes and modern payroll HR tech.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent problem solving and decision making abilities.
• Good organisation, prioritisation and time management.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for UK and Irish customer stakeholders.
• Coordinate payroll service delivery with payroll specialists across delivery centres.
• Understand customers' payroll processes and business needs.
• Ensure service levels, quality standards, and procedures are met.
• Assist with payroll system changes, testing, deployments and improvements.
• Ensure governance and policy adherence; maintain clear communications.
• Support collaboration and knowledge sharing across the payroll delivery organisation.
• Participate in local management activities and service development planning.
