Job summary

Si Recruitment is recruiting a Payroll Professional for a reputable professional services firm in Beverley. The role handles weekly and monthly payrolls for a varied client portfolio and requires a strong eye for detail in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will have at least two years' payroll experience, in-house or in a bureau, and will benefit from hybrid/flexible working options, training, and long-term career prospects within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' payroll experience, preferably in practice or bureau.
• Strong knowledge of RTI, auto-enrolment pensions and payroll legislation.
• Experience with Sage, BrightPay and/or Xero is advantageous.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Professional, customer-focused approach.

Beverley Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm £27,000-£32,000 DOE

We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established and respected professional services firm for an experienced Payroll Professional to join their friendly team in Beverley.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with at least two years' payroll experience who enjoys managing client payrolls, building strong relationships, and delivering an accurate, professional service.

Key responsibilities:

• Processing weekly and monthly payrolls for a varied client portfolio
• Maintaining payroll records and ensuring compliance with payroll legislation
• Processing statutory payments (SSP, SMP, SPP, etc.)
• Preparing payroll reports and responding to client queries
• Assisting with new payroll setups and supporting CIS where required

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years' payroll experience (ideally within a practice or bureau environment)
