We\'re looking for a Payroll Product Compliance Manager with deep expertise in UK payroll regulations and strong knowledge of US and other international frameworks. Your primary focus will be on ensuring HiBob\'s Payroll UK solution is compliant, accurate, and trusted, while also supporting compliance needs across Payroll US and additional regions as our global footprint expands.
This is a unique opportunity to combine compliance leadership with product management capabilities-ensuring HiBob\'s Payroll solutions (Payroll UK, Payroll US, and Payroll Hub for integrated payroll solutions) are not only compliant but also innovative, scalable, and user-friendly.
In this role, you\'ll act as a bridge between regulation and technology. You\'ll collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Legal to translate complex payroll requirements into simple, robust, and delightful product workflows.
