Job summary

Achieve together is hiring a Payroll & Pensions Administrator to join our Community Hub team in Leatherhead. You will input data into the HRIS, run payroll quality checks, and support the monthly pay cycle, including third-party deductions and overpayments.

You'll handle escalated queries and mentor frontline staff, ensuring accurate, timely payroll service across the organisation. The role requires experience with payroll legislation, TUPE considerations, and proficiency in Excel.

Qualifications

  • Experience in payroll with multiple terms and TUPE.
  • Intermediate Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables, IF statements).
  • Familiar with payroll legislation and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Input data to the HRIS, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the organisation's core operations and ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of services.Key Responsibilities: Input of data to the HRIS, ensuring accuracy, compliance and consistencyAssist with daily quality checks and cyclical reporting of salary information, interpreting anomalies and liaising with a variety of internal stakeholders to remediate or highlight issues or where action is requiredManage escalated queries from the payroll team inbox, coaching and mentoring front line staff in resolution.
