Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for accurate processing of various weekly payrolls.
• Ensuring processing deadlines are met centrally and regionally.
• Checking exception reports and amending any errors.
• Calculating overpayments.
• Processing EYUs.
• Handling SSP, SPP, SMP payments.
• Dealing with queries from employees.
• Completing enquiry forms from third parties.
• Ensuring compliance with statutory legislation.
• Managing month-end reporting and payments for various weekly payrolls.
• RTI reporting to HMRC.
• Processing manual payments to employees where required.
• Handling Year-End processes.

Liaises with:

• Operations Managers and Employees.
• Third parties, e.g., B & CE, HMRC, DWP.
• Payroll team.
