Organisation - Arriva TrainCare (ATC)
Location - Crewe
Contract – Fixed term contract - 12 months
Working Hours – Part time 15 – 22.5 hours per week

At Arriva TrainCare we provide high quality overhaul, maintenance and servicing of passenger rolling stock, locomotives, freight wagons and track plant. We operate throughout the UK from six strategic locations – Crewe, Bristol, Eastleigh, Cambridge, Tyne Yard and Scarborough.

The Role:
You will be responsible for managing the accurate collation of payroll data for submission to the payroll bureau for processing and payment. Includes administration of pensions, healthshield, childcare vouchers, AOE and P11ds.
What You’ll Do:
• Ensure accurate and timely collation of payroll data
• Manage the processing of starters and leavers
• Reconciliation
• Handle queries & investigate discrepancies.
• Posting of payroll journals into management accounts
• Production of weekly overtime reports
• P11D’s, Additional Holiday pay & Gender pay reporting

What You Bring:
Experience – two years payroll processing experience, previous accounting experience, previous customer service experience
Knowledge – a strong working understanding of Excel and payroll processes
Personal attributes – highly organised with the ability to work to tight deadlines, strong attention to detail, self-motivated, excellent organisation skills, able to communicate effectively at all levels and across business functions with a commitment to maintaining discretion and confidentiality at all times.
