Transaction Recruitment are supporting a market-leading business in Coalville for an experienced Payroll Officer on a permanent basis. You will own weekly and monthly payrolls end-to-end for 1,000+ employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

You will review current payroll processes, identify improvements, and explore how technology could streamline payroll operations, all within a hybrid working setup and a supportive payroll team.

Qualifications

• Experience managing end-to-end payroll for a large workforce.
• Strong understanding of payroll legislation and compliance.
