Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll, finance or accounting environment.
• AAT qualification and/or ACCA/CIMA study preferred.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Own weekly and monthly payrolls, including Time & Attendance system.
• Process payroll-related queries and ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Complete related general ledger journals.
• Produce monthly headcount and people-related reporting.
• Recharge costs within the Group.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variances.
• Assist with quarterly VAT returns.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Identify opportunities to improve payroll and finance processes.
